Doctor Sandra is a fertility specialist who unknowingly holds critical answers about Catherine’s past and Freddie’s future. Professional, compassionate, and highly intelligent, she carries the weight of years spent helping people build families under emotionally difficult circumstances. Though grounded and realistic, she becomes part of the film’s growing mystery surrounding Freddie’s origin and possibly takes a humorous pass at one of the brothers when Adam offers to make a “donation.”
